Guests that would like to participate in the afternoon activities, are required to arrive before 14H00, or inform Ugab Game Farm and Lodge prior to arrival

Child Policy:

• Children under the age of 12 should always be supervised by parents
• Use of swimming pool and lodge facilities will be at own risk
• Children between the ages of 0-6 years stay for free on a DBB basis
• Children between 7-12 are charged 50% of the adult sharing rate

Cancellation Policy – On Confirmed Bookings Only

• Cancellation Fee of 25% if cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival date
• Cancellation Fee of 50% if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date
• Cancellation Fee of 75% if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date
• Cancellation Fee of 100% if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date
